My Favorite Japanese Restaurant: Menkuitei
West 56th St. between 5th and 6th Aves
Why?: It's the best ramen in NYC I've had so far. Menchankotei and Rairaiken don't compare.
My favorite dishes are ...: Tonkotsu ramen and gyoza. Their buta kimchee is delicious also.
